Pros
Interact with great people and they work with your schedule. A lot of the Kmart workers are great people to be around. A lot of people who come back to Kmart tells me that the only reason they really came back was because of the people.
Cons
Underpaid!!!!! Human Resource is a big key factor to a company. They recruit, train, interview, orientate, and in a lot of Kmart stores do the scheduling. To give this position mediocre pay is disgraceful.
