      Pros

      Great place to work. Had a great staff and a great building. Had 29 good years with this company. Had a great assistant and floor supervisor.

      Cons

      Company is in financial difficulty and is struggling to stay in business. Kmart has had to make tough decisions over the last two years and will have a tough time staying in the black.

      Everything was a pro. That place was awesome to work for!

      Cons

      The only con is that is no longer a store in our community. Sadly, it went out of business.
