The exact conditions depend on the manager, but in general, it is fairly relaxed, do your work and everything is fine. If you need a job, it's good place to find part time employment, just don't let corporate management get to you.
Cons
You want a raise? Forget it. No one at this company gets raises, because it's collapsing rapidly. Corporate is constantly making bad decisions and making things worse for the company overall. The company will likely be totally gone by 2020, without a dramatic change.
