Pros
Great location and decent customer service ( when the rare call comes in or appointment isn’t blown off)
Cons
Toxic ,cult like environment that rewards sheep. There is no honest forecasting anywhere in the US side of things. There is no fundamental understanding of how to sell or pitch this “nice to have” not need to have product in the US. Management was atrocious and frankly unable to deliver in regard to training, adjusting to the new US market and hiring real sales professionals. I see no success with sales in the US, only customer service (currently over staffed by at least 50%} and maybe marketing/PR.
