      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, fun place to work with a gym and all the SV start up perks you can imagine including catered lunches, happy hours etc.

      Cons

      Speaking up about issues is frowned upon. The company has had multiple articles written about this. Folks that speak up in safety issues, want to do things by the book, bro culture, or against management style end up either fired or forced to quit. This comes from the top at the CEO level.

      Pros

      Rewarded creativity and expedient execution. Worked on fun projects with brilliant people and almost no budget restrictions.

      Cons

      During some projects technical leadership had to yield product and development control to upper management and ownership. You had to be OK with that to be happy at KH. I took it as an opportunity to learn a very different approach to aircraft development using unique solutions. I very much enjoyed the journey. Many didn't if they were unwilling to try something a different way.
