Super boring. The operations manager is a good leader in many respects (not all) but other than that the leadership is awful. My team lead is a young 23 year old with 0 experience and 0 leadership ability. She is awful to try and communicate with, if you bring problems to her she often gives snarky remarks and doesn't care to solve problems. Her and the rest of the leadership behaves more like a highschool clique than a leadership team. The warehouse coordinator only seems to coordinate lunches for the cool kids and gets mad when you ask her basic questions. The company has deluded themselves into thinking they are a great employer even though if you asked anyone there born after 1990 it is not a great place to work. Even the IT person there is rude and has an oversized ego, she speaks to people like they are not only 5 but also intellectually challenged and is incapable of teaching people anything because she just yammers on and then demeans people when they don't learn immediately.
