      Good benefits, decent pay, no pressure.

      Cons

      Product is not what they say it is. Smoke and mirrors. Poor management structure. Pointless ladders. Constantly recruiting new developers at the expense of under utilising the ones they have.

      Pros

      The company takes on some pretty big goals, and it is a fun industry to work in. I really like my team and we work well together.

      Cons

      There are a lot of priorities and customer requirements to meet. It makes for challenging weeks at times.
