Very Poor Leadership Team - Anonymous employee Kitco Metals Employee Review

Very insular. Very little comunication with employees. No one really knows what's going on at this company. Media department in particular, is poorly managed and not in tune with current market trends. Top talent has been disrespectfully discarded and wasted. Loyalty is non existent. This company used to be noble and responsive, but they've lost thier mojo.
