With recent (2025) changes, benefits are generally average. Hybrid work is generally not accepted.

My coworkers are supportive and enjoyable to work with. I have a good work-life balance. The employee events help build connections across teams. I appreciate the positive and welcoming culture.

Communication between teams could be improved. Career growth opportunities are not always clear. Workloads can feel uneven at times.
