      - Due to the diversity of projects working cross-functionally is very easy - People are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable - Lots of great profiles within diverse industries from whom we can learn - Development plan is carefully tailored with people managers

      - Very intensive work periods (not a con but something to be aware of!)
