Pros
You really have the flexibility to work in whatever way fits your life best, in order to reach your full potential. Kira truly is a great company with a positive culture and a team (including the execs) that really pull together to create a great, supportive, happy and productive workplace. I feel pushed to do great work and pushed to do what is best for my career. I am honestly shocked at any negative reviews previously posted and have found nothing but a great, professional experience with Kira and my awesome co-workers.
Cons
It's a pro and a con, but employees are literally around the world which makes collaboration harder but not impossible. I'm really just stretching to find any con because I love my job and the company.
