Terrible communication skills. Lack of funds make any chance of advancement impossible. Good lab techs terrible PhD's they have no idea what is going on or basic chemistry. I worked there 3+ years never saw any improvement.

Everything is a con. The management is a con. Run don't walk away.

I had an office.... sort of.

I only worked there for a few weeks... but the environment was very political. There were 2 people I worked for and they apparently shared the duty. To make matters worse, neither of them were in my field, thus they didn't understand what I did, nor why it needed to be done certain ways. While I tried to learn their environment, I started learning things about their culture of intimidation, and lack of real management know how. On the outside, they were amiable and polite; however, it didn't take long before people outside their influence started passing me information about their work ethic. I read some investor news recently that cited that lack of confidence in the stock and their seriously high turn over and attrition as a contributing factor. You don't have to take my word for it. Do some research. This company has issues.
