Pros
diverse group of coworkers, interesting varied content, state-of-the-art and modern video production equipment and employee perks
Cons
the $ that the directors make for doing very little actual work is absurd - they treated the production crew poorly (not all directors) and the hypocrisy about the shooting-rules (basically obscenity laws dictate the content that they can get away with before the credit card processors will stop allowing payments) it's wild. they don't treat the models with the best aftercare and honestly a lot of them were not aware of the type of content they were going to be asked to produce. The company grew too big too fast and the directors became millionaires while the production crew got paid poorly and asked to do the jobs of 3x people to make some director and Peter rich as heck.
