      Pros

      Dynamic working environment. Novel tech stack. Flexible work hours. Relatively good pay. Friendly people.

      Cons

      Work culture = still immature, too much hustle at the moment, expects everyone to act like HPEs. Trying to move fast without any direct tracing to milestones, which contributes to a risk of burnout. Possibly conflicting development paths of different teams add to the confusion and FOMO.
