Decent pay (between for- and non-profit), great benefits (all costs except deductibles for healthcare covered), colleagues have been miss, hit, hit across my experiences
Cons
Slow to adopt, slow to make decisions, challenging working with lifers without experience across industries (they only know what they know, so not a lot of fresh ideas or ways of working)
