Pros
The CEO is very down-to-earth and takes a lot of time to explain complicated financial subjects. The overall office environment is very conducive to being productive as the open floor plan allows for open communication with fellow employees. Furthermore, all employees understand the value of working hard and what it takes to be a good team. Feels like a startup environment, which is very motivational to work harder, and is reinforced by the great work culture and colleagues.
Cons
One thing that I was hoping for more was the opportunity to go to the New York City office and experience what it truly means to be a part of a finance company on the east coast.
