Great office location with hybrid options depending on the role. Office is pet friendly and very colorful and cheerful to work in. Fast past learning environment which can be viewed as a positive. Small close-knit team so take on many responsibilities you would not otherwise at a larger company. Only expected to work 40hours a week so good work / life balance.

Stressful work environment. Must bill time even though salaried as this company profits off your time by billing contracted clients. Leadership is very hands on and controlling to a fault. Biggest issue is the lack of trust in their employees and getting called into various performance meetings as their expected quality and way of doing things is rigged.
