Wonderful group of women to work with

Low pay and raises and bonuses are almost non existent

I loved my coworkers. Many became lifelong friends. The children and families we worked with were wonderful.

The company tried to keep labor costs down which meant rooms were at capacity most of the time with the least amount of staff possible.
