      Pros

      Fantastic culture, Terrific, smart people, Expectations are fair and realistic, RRSP matching, Flexible vacation policy Many of the executives have been there a long time, they understand the business thoroughly and the challenges, most importantly they show that their people are their #1 resource.

      Cons

      Not a con but there are some growing pains as the company transitions from a small to medium sized enterprise, as expected.

      -Resources stretched thin at times, but that is no different than most companies.
