Worst place to work! Please stay away - Graphic Designer Kimp Employee Review

No pros as such. The work culture is bad. The support from the leads are bad. Work-life balance is non-existent. They only want a robot out of you. They just want to you to take a template from online and add the clients content to it. No wonder their quality of work is too low. They have strict timelines for each task. Don't get me wrong, timeline are not like what you think. They want you to design something creative in just 45 mins. If you go beyond that they will question you. Huh too creative! They even want you to work till 12.00 in the night! But they don't care even if you raise this as an issue. They will simply say, you could have finished it early😁. And TLs PMs are just dummies, only there just to question and demotivate you. If they had supported and tried to help us, it would have helped the teams grow to greater heights. Overall a very toxic place to work. Not recommended
