There is nothing good about them.
Cons
1. No training will be provided. 2. If you are not a yes sir or yes ma'am person then you will not survive here. 3. Worst management. 4. Manager's here think they are god and you are slaves. 5. They don't have database of candidates pool. 6. Client responses are very slow. 7. No direct clients as they have most third party clients who bypaas the candidates after submission. 8. If you are experienced recruiter then the maximum tenure is 3 month as they will put you in PIP. 9. They terminate employees immediately without any prior intimation. 10. No fun is here as they always tell you to keep on working and don't talk to anyone. 11. Managers are very moody as they will not approve your submission according to their mood and approve another recruiter's submission because they chill with them.
