Pros
There is no pro, basically. The client - 'Pearce Services', they work with has no idea how Indian market works, unethical people can fool them out easily, but at the same time they are big dictators. So working for Kimoha is like you are directly dictated by Pearce Services, a company who has collected worst US reviews. So trying to use Indian employees bringing hire & fire concept in India. Kimoha, a start up had no idea where to start, so to sustain the client, they go by whatever Pearce says. Better to check Pearce Services reviews - as Kimoha has surely no existence!
Cons
No confidentiality maintained- every employee knows what everyone else's salary is. Basically Kimoha is a set of 6-9 recruiters, follow very confusing organizational structure: Pearce Employees are their employees / their hires are Pearce Employees, they wont tell that anyone hired by them is actually called a contractor of Pearce - Pearce, a US company with very bad reputation, hire and fire is their common business model. Dont get into their trap of we provide this and that package. Tagged managers are more like unexperienced teachers, if you are experienced person, it is better to join a company atleast who have self-existence. C
