Pros

-- Good salary but no bonuses -- Work/Life balance exits - Most people have kids and take off at 5 or so. -- Very nice team atmosphere -- Management recognizes people when they do a good job (at least I have seen that in my case)

Cons

-- Too many processess and things take a long time to get done -- Too many meetings and most of them are not productive. We have guidlines in the meeting room that say "dont email during meetings" but no one adheres to is because we have meetings all the time and we have NO time to actually work or respond to emails. -- Dont have international career opportunities in marketing as much as we'd like. -- Location is not the best (neenah is 2.5 hours north from Milwaukee) -- not much to do

Pros

- Collaborative culture and friendly people - Most people have long tenures with KC, indicating employee satisfaction - People come at a normal time and leave at a normal time, which tells me they value work-life balance and thats the culture that gets passed on to young employees as well - A truly beautiful campus

Cons

Hard to grow in your role - there isn't a clear path to seniority

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
