Pros

Good working environment! Flexible employer! Good co-workers. Probably good leadership in US.

Cons

Weak leadershio in Europe! Too much politics at European Regional Leadership level! If you are honest and wish to benefit the corporation, the "diplomatic European leadership" will block you. No clear development strategy, at least not for European business. Performance management is made up. Probably just for the image, not to benefit the performance of the employees. HR department in Europe needs a good interpersonal skills training.

Pros

Work life balance is very good. Opportunity to engage with senior leadership in interesting projects. The collaboration and camaraderie is top tier! The investment into employees is amazing.

Cons

While I love remote work, it can feel isolating to some. It's not for everyone. I find ways to connect with my team and others at Kimberly-Clark. I also do a good job of managing my time and focus. However, if you struggle in those areas a remote job is not the way to go.

Pros

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
