Pros

Onboarding was okay. Since they're such a large company, they know what you need to be trained on.

Cons

Promotions are based off of popularity over merit. If you're not someone's favorite person, don't expect to get invited to anything from meetings to lunches. Compensation is below other CPG companies.

Cons

Can often get lost in the crowd since it’s such a massive company. Need to work to get your work noticed

Super flexible working hours, lot's of opportunity to work on lot's of different things.

Cons

Really isolated working experience, teams are extremely siloed and there's no communication across different projects.
