Dysfunctional Company - Sales Kilter Termite and Pest Control Employee Review

Good place to work for employees with experience and for employees new to the industry. Benefits are good and compensation is good as well. Kilter employees are very friendly to work with.

They’ll pay for your licenses, easily exploited.

I’ve worked here for years, don’t listen to the people who’ve only been around for a few months to a year because they definitely won’t get the full picture. Weak management, cliche/unoriginal mentality(They try to copy Terminix so hardcore, but fail), creepy/predatory amongst young people, owner is an arrogant idiot who’s embracing to be around, I’ve been in a “I don’t know this guy” and slowly sneak away in public type scenario. The guy clearly has mental issues, he’s running the company at a 50% profit (money in his pocket) ALL of the company vehicles are REALLY beat/old/dangerous with the only exception being the custom 150k truck the owner drives around, I would steer clear from working with this guy.
