Cons
1. As an employee in the Food & Beverage department, I experienced a highly dysfunctional and contradictory management structure, with signs of favoritism and poor leadership.
2. The department head would routinely bypass direct communication, fabricating scenarios and reporting them to HR without any discussion. This approach felt deliberately manipulative, especially when it was clear I was not at fault. It created an environment of mistrust and fear, which I found to be highly unethical.
3. The overall work ethic within the team was outdated and ineffective. Communication was severely lacking, leading to confusion, mismanagement, and low morale among staff.
4. While all my colleagues continued to receive consistent shifts, mine were abruptly removed without any explanation. Despite repeatedly asking for clarification, I was never given a valid reason. This unfair treatment significantly impacted my income and job security.
