Pros
The kids giving you hugs when you first walk in because they're happy to see you. And the food was pretty good
Cons
Disorganized leadership that never communicates with each other. Employees are not respected at all- one reason why the employee turnover rate is so high. They also randomly fire people and will make your final paycheck minimum wage if you give less than 4 weeks notice for leaving. They refuse to tell parents that we're full and cannot accept more children, so we end up getting more new children every week and having way more kids than we can handle. Because of this, the classrooms are usually out of ratio, so we end up scrambling to find someone to sit in the room so that we would not be out of ratio. The high turnover rate leads to even more chaos and disorganization. It's impossible to do the activities we're supposed to do with the kids when we're so understaffed, but the place will constantly be understaffed because pretty much everyone hates working here. I would never recommend anyone to work here, or even to send their kids here.
