Pros
Flexible working hours. Nothing is set in stone as long as you meet your deliverables. Great benefits. Remote work environment. Personal days, sick days and lieu time off are available outside standard annual leave time. You get a Friday off every two weeks. Great budget to work on campaigns.
Cons
Very lean team. Not a great place if you enjoy structured teams. I work on the backbone team (Provincial team) and I'm essentially the only one on the communications team.
