Pros

Loved working at Kicksaw. A new group of management was brought in during the last year (post acquisition). While the management said the right words, it became clear they actually didn't really care about what Kicksaw had been and were only interested in grinding out profit. There are still lovely people at Kicksaw, but they are slowly being ground into dust.

Cons

- In Delivery, you'll be staffed to whatever hot dumpster-fire Sales sold this week and roped around. There will be no consideration if you have any experience or knowledge of the niche industry; get ready to learn Health Cloud or Finance Cloud or whatever and pretend to the client you are an expert. - Culture radically transformed from open and honest to a culture where speaking up is viewed as a betrayal. - L1 is very interested in AI workflows, but have no real consideration for what to do with the workflows or how they would be used in day-to-day. There seems to be a top down order to 'use AI' without any understanding of why or how. - Leadership is incredibly driven by profit. Multiple times L1 has bragged about how much money they made at previous roles.

Pros

If you’re looking for a place to grow, this is a good environment for it. There are a lot of opportunities to take on new challenges and expand your skill set as the company grows, and you’re encouraged to step outside your comfort zone a bit. What really stands out though is how collaborative the culture is across all levels. It’s not just within your immediate team, you end up working closely with people across different functions, and everyone is generally open to sharing ideas and helping out. There’s no real sense of hierarchy getting in the way of getting things done, which makes it easier to move quickly and learn from others. The people here are smart, driven, and genuinely care about their work. You get a lot of exposure to different perspectives, and it pushes you to think more critically and improve. It feels like you’re surrounded by people who want to do good work and are willing to support each other along the way. Leadership also plays a big role in setting that tone. They’re approachable and involved, and they encourage collaboration rather than silos. It creates an environment where you feel comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and contributing, regardless of your level. Overall, it’s a great place to build your career if you value learning, teamwork, and working with people who are engaged and supportive.

Cons

No significant downsides in my experience so far.

Pros

This is one of the few places I've worked where well being feels built into how things operate, not added on later. A lot of the policies actually support a healthier way of working. Unlimited PTO is real here. People take time off and it's not frowned upon. The company holidays also really add up, so you get consistent breaks during the year instead of having to wait long stretches. Not having utilization targets makes a big difference. The focus is more on outcomes and quality of work rather than tracking every hour, which takes away a lot of unnecessary pressure. Benefits are solid overall, especially around mental health which is important to me. It's clear there's been thought put into making sure people have access to support when they need it. Overall, it's a good environment if you are looking for flexibility and a more sustainable pace of work.

Cons

With so much flexibility, you have to be intentional about magnanimous your time and staying organized, especially when things get busy.
