      TC competitive for mid-level Low-stress, good work-life balance Nice office in central London People are generally nice

      Cons

      An insurance company that does tech rather than a tech company that does insurance. Business is run fine, but senior technical leadership is lacking. Too many staff or higher lack real engineering experience or skills. Not enough direction.

      Great ceo, work life balance, people. Culture, interesting work! Bright future ahead.

      Cons

      Despite the amazing success for the company, reinvestment to employees feels low. This is reflected in annual survey results. Problem is career progression and recognition for work due to strict performance reviews. Also other things like culture shift, socials are no longer 1x a month, now maybe every 6 months?
