      Pros

      The Middle School Faculty are outstanding. They are incredibly hard working, capable and very supportive of one another. They care deeply about the students and like to have fun together. It's an amazing team to be a part of.

      Cons

      As a relatively new school, the mission and vision is still evolving, which means academic expectations are also pretty dynamic. It's an ideal place to work if you are flexible, creative, and open minded.

      Pros

      - Head of School really cares about the school, students and employees. Kim works very hard to balance fairness and accountability with the business of running a school. - Benefits; a lot of thought goes into the benefit design to ensure the best options are available to employees. There are a lot of options to chose from. - Salary; the Head of School put in a lot of time reviewing salary surveys and designing a compensation package that was fair and competitive. The comp policy took the subjective element out of the equation.
