Pros
Flexible work schedule, work life balance, active people that engage in lots of sports, great 1st level managers, coworkers are brilliant and fun to work with
Cons
The only way to get a promotion or a really good raise is to move to another position within the company. For the type of engineering I do I know I should be getting paid about 20% more. We used to get a 10% variable pay but the management changed the formula so that for the past 5 years it's been around 2%. They are constantly cutting costs, I wish worked for a company that was growing and adding value instead of always taking away more from employees.
