Great Company - Sales Trader Keyrock Employee Review

Keyrock is a great place to work with a super talented, multi cultural, friendly team. They are also on the cutting edge of technology and use some of the newest languages and frameworks.

It hard to think of cons, but if you force me, depending on your proximity to the main timezone of CET, it can be a bit difficult to join meetings etc.

Company is new and incredibly open to new ideas and very flexible. Working in Crypto is always an exciting rush as things change day to day and you have to be on your game. Everyone is super nice and accepting, many people have backgrounds not necessary to what their role is which adds to the diversity in approaches for problem solving. Having nearly a month of paid vacation is amazing for someone who has only worked in the USA. Super easy access to superiors and lots of freedom to push on your own projects.

Sometimes dev work can be a bit slow, but that is because they literally cant hire enough coders fast enough XD. So much to do. Sometimes working with certain demanding clients can be a bit frustrating but that isn't a Keyrock thing.
