Changing their name from PlattForm to Keypath is a sign of how hard this company is struggling. The entire company is based on selling leads to career colleges. Every penny that can be cut, every sly trick that can be played to make more money from leads to career colleges is standard practice, including reselling the clients the same leads every thirty days.
The good people there spend so much time and energy trying to make the work environment decent. When I left I did t realize that I had been working under a constant sense of panic during my years there.
The health insurance is a shameful high deductible health plan. Leadership will tell you that is the standard for jobs now, but it is certainly not the case. Other companies just down the street will give you decent health insurance and a better salary. It isn't a surprise that sush a huge portion of the employees are right out of school, and still with their parents.
