Pros
Good pay for a starting sales role with a lot of upward mobility. You are evaluated on more than just your quarterly quota which takes some pressure off of that being the number 1 goal. You have a clear, defined path of increasing pay and title.
Cons
Having to schedule a full week of meetings every week can be very challenging. Also, you are evaluated on multiple KPI's which can be very annoying.
