      Pros

      This is a great company to work for, progressive and forward thinking if a little under resourced at times. Benefits are good and there is a really good team in both Stafford and Wrexham.

      Cons

      There aren't really any cons, maybe you have to work long hours to get recognised but it doesn't seem so bad when everyone is doing it and you feel like you are pulling together as a team.

      A great family atmosphere where the CEO made time to know everyone.

      Not much in the way of training. Little career advancement prospects

      Pros

      Good parking on a nice industrial park with easy access to Stafford city center. Real windows instead of air conditioning

      Cons

      Management wont do anything about the thief that works there. It is very much a case of if you dont play the flattery game then you wont get on. You dont get credit for working on your own initiative.
