      There are no pros working in the organisation.

      Cons

      There are very unprofessional people. They will be sweet before you join, after that the will forget if you are really their own employee. The HR are pathetic, they don't have answer to any query you ask. If you want to spoil your career, then only join this organization.

      Internal processes require updates and management is actively working on such initiatives.
