7yThank you for taking the time to write a review even though it was very hard to read from our perspective.
As you have written anonymously and now left the business we can only apologise for your negative experience working here. Clearly this is not something we want for any employee, past, present or future so for that we are sorry.
Since our change of ownership in early 2018 we have made a whole host of changes to the business which include removing those rules you mentioned.
The business has also taken action to improve employee benefits, additional holidays, discounted gym membership, simply health, dress down fridays to name a few.
The business has also used the results from the annual staff surveys (the third one is being issued very soon) to continue to make changes so this has been very worthwhile.
We are very pleased to have seen a shift in culture over the past 12 months and hope that our reviews from current employees reflect that point of view.
