Pros
- Smooth recruitment process, HR orientation, and regularization
- Good working environment. People in the office are kind and warm. I remember during my first day, as a fresh grad and of course, this is my first company as well, I was shy, and I was on my laptop when one of the employees from the IT department approached me and said I can take a break and get some snacks in the pantry. I really appreciate that gesture, I guess. HR employees were kind as well.
- The people in the office are easy to vibe with as well. I didn't have anyone I'm close with in the office during my first months but the people there approached me and tried to have small talks with me. When there are "kainan" or birthdays in the office as well, they'll invite you to eat and join them even though they are from the other department.
- They'll even encourage you that you can talk to the people in the office sometimes during breaks. Had someone from the Recruitment Team that I talk with or "nakaka-chikahan" during break.
- There are clubs in the company that you can join, and they provide activities too for the employees.
- Work-life balance wise, personally, I am able to do it here while working for this company.
- Plus, my team leader and colleagues in my department are kind as well.
- All in all, my experience so far is good in this company.
Cons
- Maybe when it comes to benefits.
