      - Several people have a lot of industry experience - Good equipment - Diverse products

      Cons

      - No future growth, no new products, R&D cut to the bone - No direction for the company - Company was just sold off and cost cutting (which was already in place but leadership denied it) is about to go deeper - Sales team cannot bring about new leads or even keep existing customers
