Pros

You learn a lot about printing in a small amount of time. Quarterly meetings are fun.

Cons

The office culture is to cover your own butt. There is no morale or camaraderie. When leadership works you to death (8-5 is never good enough) and treats you poorly, you don't want to come to work. It's miserable here. It's challenging because it's fast-paced but anyone can be trained to do the job. If better leadership were in place, or if current leadership changed their attitudes, we would all want to work harder and do a better job. This is a pointing fingers place of business.

Pros

At Kessler Creative, the sky's truly the limit when it comes to creative prowess. If you’re an aspiring professional aiming to get your hands dirty with unique projects and innovative solutions, this is the place for you. Every day is a blend of unique challenges and rewarding experiences. Plus, you get to work alongside some incredibly talented individuals. The company's commitment to quality is evident not just in their end products, but also in the tight-knit community they've fostered. Oh, and did I mention? The high-quality printing services are like the cherry on top!

Cons

While the work environment is electric with creativity and ambition, there might be those occasional long nights before big deadlines. But, come on, which creative firm doesn't have those? It's all a part of the game!

Pros

Coworkers, the people, really make the atmosphere fun. Fast-paced work environment so dull moments are pretty infrequent. Diverse and inclusive.

Cons

The biggest con is the lack of communication and structure from management. They have work "processes," but they will change constantly and the knowledge is not shared. There are no resources because no one has the time to make them. The amount of work they expect even those at entry level to do is not equittable to their income. They only care about results, and will promise you change is coming, but it will never come, because there is not enough time to actually put new practices in place. There's too much work and not enough workers. The "work culture" is not worth the bullying that comes from upper management if you are not a mind reader. Pizza parties do not make toxicity okay. As someone who really faught for this company, take it from me. Save yourself and do not work here.
