Old-School and Inefficient: I work as a trainer for executives, but I spend most of my time doing administrative work. ​4. No Training, Just Orders: You're not given any training. You're just told what to do and expected to figure it out yourself. ​5. Role Mismatch: As a trainer, I've been asked to deliver packages, acting like a courier. ​6. Disregard for Job Descriptions: Many roles here involve tasks completely unrelated to the job description. For example, an HR executive might be asked to be a personal driver for the COO. ​7. No Safety Officer: The company does not have a safety officer. ​8. Poor Benefits and No Growth: There are no benefits and no salary increments. ​9. A Terrible Place to Work: This is a very bad company and completely unsuitable for employment. ​High Employee Turnover: There is an extremely high turnover rate, from the operations to the management side. ​Conflict Means Dismissal: If your opinion clashes with your boss's, you will be advised to resign.
