Pros
Working at Keslow Camera was a great experience. The people there are absolutely fantastic! Most people are around the same age and have an interest in film so it is very easy to make rewarding friendships. The recruiting team does a great job finding people who will "fit in" with the culture.
Cons
After the acquisition, something changed. People felt overworked and morale was totally off. Its great having events to boost morale, but that only works to an extent. I remember when I first arrived at Keslow, it seemed like a paradise. The owner, Robert, would literally go to every department and thank them for all their hard work and seemed like he genuinely took interest in the employees. Now, he avoids eye contact with most employees and only speaks to people when the mood strikes him.
