Coworkers really want to help you succeed and teamwork is very strong here.

A lot of people are working a lot of overtime, but it's a fast paced industry.

It was great to work with some of the project managers and many of the employees. I was respected for my role and I felt that I was needed. Feedback was mostly good and it was an environment that for the most part was without any drama.

Unfortunately, changes occurred during my tenure there and some additional upper management was hired that I initially believed would create change in a positive manner. However, this did not come to fruition. I disagreed with that individual about certain changes being made and it appeared that no other employee, whether in management or not, would back me up. Not that it mattered, that person is no longer with the company now.
