Pros

Most of the reps are nice, company car, gas card

Cons

There has been complaints from many reps on the managers. Everything ranging from sexual harassment to threatening reps. Some managers are worse than others, but the attitude and negativity seems to be coming from the top since they all exhibit the same mannerisms. Also, do not go to HR with any issues you have because the sales management will hold this against you and will make your life hell until you quit. They have made a very large investment on a sales training program and there has been very little return on investment. In fact, the number are actually down from previous years. Because they made this investment and are not getting the return they were expecting they are forcing it down everyone's throats. If you do not sell the exact way this training program teaches you, you better start looking for a new job because they are very strict with it. They are blaming the reps for the low numbers because they are not fully implementing the program rather than the program itself. They fail to understand each rep sells in a unique way and some things work with some reps and doesn't work with others. They are attempting to make robots out of everyone which never works. They also have recently implemented a new CRM which tracks everyone's whereabouts 24/7. You have to not only log every sales call in CRM but also in two different spread sheets and a detail review of what was presented on every sales call. I believe the micromanagement has only began and will only get worse. Many reps have been leaving because of these reasons and they still don't get it, or they just don't care.
