Pros
I have spent the last eight years here at Kernel and I still love my job. Leadership is not afraid to make a change to improve the company, or quality of life for the employees. I may be biased, since I'm HR, but I think we have some of the best people in the world working here and I'm proud to represent them.
Cons
I, personally, get so excited about new projects that I don't spend enough time out of the office when something is cooking.
