Pros
Kennametal is a company that cares a lot about keeping their employees happy and healthy. PTO is incredibly flexible and you are able to make your hours very flexible as well. Most positions offer work from home as well which is a great benefit. The people you work with are usually very nice and happy to help.
Cons
Corporate management makes so many interesting choices. I disagree with a lot of them. The EMERGE program can also be difficult because of the constant moving across the country. You will have your things broken and you must find your own housing every time you move.
