Flexible with schedule, almost all the team members were nice

Unorganized. Not so much stability

Working at Kenjo has honestly been a pretty cool ride. The vibe there is different, mainly because there's no real sense of "I'm the boss" attitude from anyone, not even from the higher-ups. Picture this: one day you're coding away, and the next thing you know, you're brainstorming solutions with the CTO or chatting about a project with your manager like they're just one of the gang. This kind of setup makes everyone feel more like teammates than anything else, and it's awesome because ideas just flow better this way. Another thing I've gotta shout out is how much I've leveled up since joining. Kenjo is all about pushing you to be your best, tech-wise. They're super into making sure everyone gets a chance to grow and get better at what they do. Thanks to them, I've picked up so many new skills and got way more confident in my coding game.

It's not all smooth sailing, especially since we're in the HR tech world. And let me tell you, it's not the easiest playground. The whole scene is kinda tricky because you're dealing with a ton of different needs from clients, and things are always changing. You've got to be on your toes, ready to tackle all sorts of stuff that comes your way. This is just the just the nature of the beast in this industry.
