      A career path is not clear. The company has sold out its automotive line of business, and the transformation process is ongoing. This brings unclearly and instability. The overall global economic situation is impacting the company. The company was grown by accruing other companies, and the integration process was sometimes not optimal. Different locations use discrepant processes which are not aligned.

      None. I can't think of one thing.

      Shared desk with other people or no place to sit at all No lap top to work off of Manager was combative FTE's not friendly at all Parking sucked I had to carry my purse with me at all times because I was warned by another employee of theft. Contractors would show up for their assignment and then fired immediately. They don't realize that we have turned down other assignments to come to their site. Remember they can fire you at will.
